This is rule #1 of achieving any goal - but almost nobody does it.

Write it down.

You can’t manage your goals in your head. You can’t hit a target you can’t see.

Neuroscience research that I learned about from the late Dr. James Doty - renowned Stanford neurosurgeon and neuroscientist - found that when you write down what you want - and read it, say it out loud, and visualize it - your brain wires in the importance of that goal.

You stop just “thinking about it” and start encoding it into your brain as something you’re actually DOING.

Are nicotine pouches healthier than vaping or smoking?

I've seen a lot of people, especially those in their teens or 20s, using pouches, and many of you are asking about it for yourselves and your loved ones.

So I asked Doctor Mike Varshavski, board-certified family medicine doctor and the #1 medical doctor online, to share the truth.

Doctor Mike says, yes, smoking has more risks than pouches, but smoking has barriers, vaping has even fewer, and pouches have almost none - no smell, no stigma, no friction.
